Sometimes a system you have defined in the platform is of use to everyone in the organisation. It might be general company information, a standard process, an organisation map, etc.
If you think a system is going to be generally useful to everyone (and not just to members of a specific team or holders of a role), then set the location to one of the 4 zones.
Firstly, go to the system and switch to edit mode:

Then edit system details:

Then switch to the location tab in the dialog and select the zone:

Press “Save & close” to save your changes.
The system will now be visible in your navigation tree:
