This is an example of an email you might use to invite an employee to their first Career Valuation (CV) meeting. Please feel free to amend and use as suits your own business.

In my role as your Cultural Leader, I am inviting you to a career valuation (CV) conversation. This is a structured discussion using the Career Valuation Tool in the adapt platform.

We will look at seven motivators and discuss, firstly, how important each of these factors are to you and, secondly, how well we are doing at meeting them.  It will help if you can give the following some thought beforehand:

The CV is an important tool to build trust and psychological safety in this business. We want to do our best to ensure everyone here is engaged and happy at work. It’s not a performance review! It also provides important data for the leadership team to use as inputs into their strategy and cultural initiatives.
