From the side panel menu, under Leadership & Culture, click on “Cultural Leadership Framework”
From here a table of employees will appear, and those with no Cultural Leader allocated will be listed. From here you can “Create New Cultural Cohort”
Click this and select a New Cultural Leader from the drop-down list:
Then select the Cultural Cohort to be added:
What happens next?
Select OK and the new Cohort will now appear in the table:
