Coaches can edit the journey progress modules for any of their organisations, as well as import journey progress modules from other organisations they coach.
Starting with Journey Progress
Firstly, ensure the Journey Progress feature is enabled for your organisation. This is enabled by default in new organisations.

Journey Progress will appear under certain leadership teams (Organisation Leaders/Owners).

If your organisation does not have either of these teams, Journey Progress will not be visible. Coaches can create these teams using "Add group" from the Organisation Map:

Creating Journey Progress modules
On the Journey Progress page, click the “Add module” button. You will be prompted to give it a name. The module name must be unique within the organisation.

Once created, click the “Edit” button at the top of the page, and you will be shown controls to add categories to your module. Select “Add category” to add a category to the module, and give it a name.

You can then create any tasks you require within the category by clicking the “+ Add new task" row.

Importing Journey Progress modules
As well as creating modules from scratch, you can also import pre-existing modules from our default templates, or your other organisations.
Click the “Import journey progress” button, then select the modules you would like to import to the current organisation. You will not be able to select any modules that have names that already exist in the organisation. The modules are imported with all progress reset to a blank slate.

You can also import journey progress modules that are related to your business if you are associated with a Coach Partner. These Partner templates have to be created and maintained by Adapt support for you, so please contact us if you require these. In most cases, importing from one of your existing organisations should be preferred.
