How do I invite an employee to my organisation?

Ensure that you have the correct access levels to invite people to your organisation. You need to have an Administrator access level. 

From the Configuration tab, click on "Manage People"

             

In the top right-hand corner, click on "Add People"    

Add the First Name, Last Name and Email. Select the desired User Type and Access Level for the new employee. Confirm whether they should be able to log in to Lumia. Click OK when done.    

           

To enable an employee to later log in to Lumia, you can do this via "Manage People." Click on the hamburger to the right-hand side of their name and click on "Allow Login." This will then send the employee the welcome email with login details.    

        

What happens next?    

If you have clicked the "Set whether they should be allowed to log into Lumia" button, the new employee will receive a welcome email sending them a link to log in. If you left this unticked, the employee will be added to the organisation but will not have access to Lumia until you click "Allow Login".
