From the Configuration cog, select "Manage People"
Find the employee who you want to send the Welcome Email to, then click on the hamburger icon on the far right-hand side of that employee
Click on "Send Welcome Email"
The following message will appear. Click on "Send Welcome Email"
What happens next?
The selected employee will receive an email with a link to activate their Lumia account.
