- Craft the integrated vision, uphold it as a vision custodian and use it to inform decisions, governance and guidance of the organisation leadership team
- Collaborate with the organisation leadership team to form the organisation vision
- Maintain clarity for owners accountabilities and own the due diligence for inducting good fit future owners (vision custodianship and ownership succession)
- Champion the embedding of the values constitution
- Own the recruitment of good fit and well-aligned investors when the time comes
- Guide the organisation leadership team on remuneration decisions
- Make decisions on profit distribution in service of the vision
