Sometimes, Lumia might not work correctly - it could be due to a browser error, or some data has become corrupted.
Firstly, it's always worth trying the standard ‘Have you tried turning it off and on again’. Restarting your machine is a good way to sometimes flush out persistent issues
Secondly, some browser extensions may cause issues with Lumia loading. You can try pausing/disabling browser plugins to see if that resolves the issue.
