From the Configuration cog, under the Organisation tab, select "Manage People"
Find your employee and click on the hamburger on the right-hand side of their information. Select "Allow Login"
A confirmation message will appear. Click the "Send Welcome Email" button for the new employee to receive their activation instructions.
What happens next?
The employee will be able to log in to Lumia once they have received their welcome email.
