From the Configuration cog, click "Manage People"
Find the employee you wish to deactivate and click on the hamburger icon on the right-hand side, then select "Disallow Login"
Select "Disallow Log In"
What happens next?
The employee connection status remains but their access to Lumia is temporarily suspended until you allow them to log in again.
